New membership is certainly not confined to those who are male and/or approaching retirement age !

We have lady members, though we would like to see more. Most of our members are still in business or public service. At the same time younger people over 25 are particularly welcome.

Rotary is open to anyone aged 21 or over – although it's appeal is more to those aged in their mid 30's or older. We welcome both Men and Women. Most members hold responsible positions within the organisation for which they work.

Meetings

The Club normally meets on Tuesdays, 12.50 for 1.00pm, at “Prezzo”, The Thatched House, 236 High Street , Epping (01992 570056), usually finishing about 2.15pm. But there are variations during the year. We pay £13.00 for a good two course meal plus coffee. There is a speaker on most occasions. It's wise to contact us before turning up!

Members' commitments:

• To attend at least 50% of our weekly meetings
• To get actively involved in our main fund raising and social activities
• To participate in some of the groups organising Local events.
